Technical Support
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist who has a passion for technology, demonstrates a high level of responsibility, and possesses a continuous desire to grow.
What Will You Be Working On?
- Providing support to colleagues in troubleshooting issues with laptops, printers, and telecommunications devices.
- Managing and maintaining computers and phones.
- Handling orders and preparing new hardware.
- Managing hardware inventory.
- Installing and reinstalling operating systems and devices.
- Participating in the overall management of our office.
- Future Vision: Working with Azure to improve access management and cloud configurations.
What Personality Prerequisites and Skills Are Required?
- Responsible individual.
- Technical knowledge of hardware components (e.g., PC repair) and home networks.
- Willingness to learn and progress.
- Experience in a similar position (IT support, computer technology management).
- Secondary education in electrical engineering (computer network technician).
