QA Engineer
We are looking for a highly experienced QA Engineer who will take our test automation to the next level. This is not a role for a junior or mid-level tester; we need someone with strong expertise, strategic thinking, and a broad perspective on quality assurance.
You should be comfortable designing and evolving automation frameworks, thinking beyond day-to-day testing tasks, and actively shaping our QA strategy. We value innovation and efficiency, so we expect you to embrace modern approaches, including leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve testing processes.
What will you be working on?
Writing automated tests (e.g., API, UI)
Maintaining and improving test scripts
Working with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
Designing comprehensive testing approaches based on project needs
Expanding and enhancing test automation
Integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Preparing test scenarios and test cases
Creating test plans
Designing and defining test strategies
Preparing test data
Performing functional, regression, and smoke testing
Conducting exploratory testing
What experience and skills should you have?
Hard skills:
Experience with Selenium
Experience with TestRail
Experience with Cypress
Experience with Playwright
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test integration
GitLab CI
Experience with Postman
English (professional working proficiency)
Soft skills:
Reliability
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand testing in a broader, complex context
