About GATE
GATE is a fashion brand known for bringing modern and affordable style to everyday life. With dozens of stores across the region and an expanding online shop, it connects with customers who value both comfort and trend.
Connecting Online and In-Store Purchases
The client aimed to enhance sales across both physical stores and the online shop while motivating customers to make repeat purchases and foster stronger loyalty. To achieve this, they sought an intelligent information system capable of evaluating each customer’s value and status in real time and automatically providing personalized discounts, whether the customer was shopping in-store or online.
Customer Loyalty Program With “G’s”
We designed and developed a comprehensive customer loyalty system called GATE CRM. The solution enables customers to collect points, known as G points, for their purchases, whether made in-store or online. These points can later be redeemed for various discounts and benefits, encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Clear Admin System
The admin application provides full visibility into customer data, segments, benefits, products, store locations, transactions, and ongoing campaigns. This enables GATE to gain valuable insight into customer behavior, tailor its product offerings more effectively, and strengthen overall customer relationships.
Turning Data into Insights
We implemented BI reporting to assist the client in monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing sales and customer behavior, and making data-driven business decisions.
Secure and High-Availability Infrastructure
We manage the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the system and its infrastructure while providing continuous SLA support. We proactively offer recommendations and insights whenever relevant to help the client keep the system running efficiently and up to modern standards.
The solution runs on the T4 Private Cloud, a VIP service built on modern technologies, ensuring high availability (99.9%). Releases are coordinated in advance and performed mostly after midnight, with only a short planned downtime. All updates follow a fully auditable SDLC process, with no direct modifications to production code.
This setup guarantees a reliable and secure environment for the GATE CRM and BI systems.
