The client - the Slovak fashion brand GATE - reached a point where they wanted to support purchases in brick-and-mortar stores as well as on the e-shop and significantly motivate their customers to make repeat purchases, thereby increasing their loyalty to the brand.

The assignment was clear: to create an information system capable of evaluating the customer's position and value in real-time and providing them with a corresponding purchase discount, whether the customer is currently shopping in a physical store or through the brand's online store.

SOLUTION

Customer Loyalty Program With “G’s”

We have designed and developed a comprehensive customer loyalty system. From the customer's perspective, it allows them to earn points (referred to as 'G points') for their purchases (whether in physical stores or online), motivating them for future purchases where they can redeem these accrued points for various discounts and other benefits. From the client's (admin) perspective, it offers the advantage of having access to all customer data, segments, purchased products, locations of purchases, transactions, and more. This enables the client to better tailor their product offerings and enhance their relationships with customers.

Accurate System Development

Our development solution was a quality micro-service architecture, which means that we built the entire backend from several “applications” or modules such as user module, benefit module, transaction module and many more. Above them, we designed and developed an integration layer, the so-called integration API.

System Architecture

The entire information system (loyalty backend) communicates with the internet shop, the client’s ERP system, the cash register system, and the admin application developed by us. We designed communication between the systems so that they are able to provide and exchange data in real-time with each other and avoid information leakage.

Clear Admin System

The admin application provides complete information about customers, customer segments, benefits provided to them, products, shops, transactions, and ongoing campaigns by the client. This gives GATE valuable insight into everything about its customers and their purchasing behavior.
