Touch4IT Team Moments: A Look at How We Build Culture
Strong teams aren’t built only through projects and stand-ups. They grow through shared experiences that help people better understand one another and collaborate more naturally. In 2025, we continued several long-standing events at Touch4IT and introduced a few new ones – all thanks to our Eventgers, who organize these activities alongside their everyday responsibilities.
Here’s a brief overview of what shaped our team life this year.
10th Anniversary of Touch4IT
This year, Touch4IT reached its 10-year milestone. For us, it’s a moment that naturally invites reflection. Many projects we work on today, including those related to space technologies, were once only ideas we discussed in small meeting rooms. Over time, they became real, and that progress is something we’re genuinely proud of.
We celebrated Touch4IT’s 10th anniversary with Team Up, a program full of team challenges, games, and fun activities. We laughed, competed, and enjoyed being together outside the usual work routine. This year was extra special, as two of our colleagues celebrated their own 10-year anniversaries with the company, marking a shared milestone alongside our corporate birthday. After ten years, it reminded us why this team and our journey are so important, and why we’re excited to keep moving forward together.

Season Grill Hangouts
Our office grill meetups have become one of the most natural ways for the team to connect. We fire up the grill in our garden space, make burgers or tacos, play games, listen to music, and chat about anything that comes to mind. The atmosphere is always relaxed, and the turnout grows every year. It’s a simple format, but it works.
This year, we also introduced our first Family Day, held outside of the office. With the recent baby boom in the team, it felt like the right moment to try something new. Colleagues brought their families, and one teammate even brought a bouncy castle, which instantly became the main attraction. The event had a calm, friendly atmosphere and gave everyone the chance to meet each other in a different context than usual.
We also organized several grill hangouts for clients, both indoors and in our garden, giving everyone a chance to see our office and the space where many of our internal activities take place – and to get to know each other better.

Epic Summer Teambuilding in Croatia
Our trip to Croatia is the biggest team event of the year – four days when everyone switches off from work and enjoys time together in a completely different environment. The goal isn’t to fill the schedule, but to create space for experiences and conversations that don’t happen in the daily routine.
We ride scooters along the coast, swim, grill, dance, and explore new places together. Some join boat trips, others visit the national park, or spend evenings by the sea. It’s relaxed, active, and gives everyone the chance to connect in ways a regular workday rarely allows.
In many ways, this trip feels like a shared mini-holiday. It gives us a fresh perspective, new energy, and a stronger sense of connection – something that always carries over into how we work together afterward.

Halloween Haunted House
This year’s Halloween was one of our best yet. The theme was playful: each group created a story about “what haunts our office,” invented characters, and came dressed as them. People brought spooky-themed food, and reading the stories together turned into a surprisingly funny moment – a mix of creativity, inside jokes, and good team energy.
A colleague also prepared a custom escape room that connected nicely to the whole Halloween storyline. Teams worked through puzzles and tasks, and the winners opened a small treasure chest containing a pair of scissors – a symbolic prize allowing them to cut the rope that tied the players together and earn their “freedom.” It added a fun, competitive twist to the evening.

Looking Ahead to the Christmas Party
After our summer retreat in Croatia, we start preparing for the Christmas party, which is our most important event of the year. Almost everyone in the company takes part, either in person or online, which makes it an exceptional opportunity to come together and look back on the year.
The agenda usually consists of a panel-style recap of our successes, ongoing projects, and future plans, along with an open discussion with our founders, where anyone can ask questions and get answers in front of the whole team.
Personalized gifts are a key part of the tradition – last year, every colleague received a custom poem created just for them. Since last year, the event has also brought together our ambassadors, giving us another chance to meet, connect, and celebrate as a whole team.
For us, the Christmas party isn’t just a celebration. It’s a moment to recognize achievements, share visions, and strengthen the connections that make Touch4IT a place where people want to stay and grow. That’s how we are building our company culture.
