We're not looking for someone who simply reports numbers. We're looking for a leader who understands business, knows how to lead people, and can build a Business Intelligence function that truly delivers value - not just looks good on paper. You'll work on multiple projects across different industries and business domains, so there's never a dull moment.
What will you be working on?
- Lead a team of BI Developers and Data Engineers through mentoring, prioritization, and professional development. This isn't about micromanagement, it's about real leadership.
- Define and drive the BI roadmap and architecture with long-term scalability in mind, not just another quick fix for the next quarter.
- Speak the language of executives by translating data into business decisions, not just dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build infrastructure that enables the team instead of slowing it down.
What experience and skills should you have?
- 2+ years of experience leading a team.
- Professional-level SQL skills.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
- Strong understanding of BI architecture and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouses.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
